National WebCheck® is a cooperative effort between the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI&I) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that allows Crimcheck.com to conduct fingerprint based background checks through the state of Ohio and the FBI’s Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). Cleveland, Ohio (October 15, 2006) Background Network, Inc. was recently awarded FCRA Certification through the CDIA. This October, Background Network, Inc. became one the first background screening companies to become FCRA Certified. Although Background Network, Inc. has always been a member of the CDIA (Consumer Data Industry Association), the CDIA has only recently offered this certification.

The Paul Harris Fellow recognition was created in memory of Paul Harris, the founder of Rotary International as a way to show appreciation for contributions to the Foundation's charitable and educational programs.
