Applicant Link is an online employment application, which provides clients with the ability to have the applicant’s process their own background check submission via an internet connection. This application leverages, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the E-Sign Act) of 2000. The E-Sign Act states that neither contracts nor signatures should be denied legal effect solely because they are in electronic form.
