This is the second article in a series by our Guest Blogger Jack Thomas.
In the first of this series, I asked you to keep separate notes on each job or educational experience. Now you’ll find out why. Whether you decide to proceed with the resume yourself, or if you have to decided to have someone else do it for you, I want you to follow the same instructions. Part of selling yourself is to see things in a bigger picture frame of mind. You need to really focus on each experience and describe in detail, or at least expound on what the experience is. If you do it yourself, you should write it out first. If you’re having someone else do it, be sure you can at least explain it to them for the purposes of putting it in writing. Read more…

Idaho Department of Motor Vehicles has added the ability for individuals, employers, insurance companies and car rental companies to check the status of any licensed driver from the state of Idaho. The search requires the name, including middle initial, DOB and either the driver license number or the Social Security Number. The results will return whether the license is valid and if it is commercial or non commercial. If an individual has a suspended license, it will allow them to reinstate, if eligible.
The report will not indicate any violations or personal data. Here is the link to access this free Idaho drivers license check.

If you have seen the new USA series, Burn Notice on USA Network, you are probably already a fan. They usually give some pretty good tips on the show about various things like avoiding surveillance, detaining an enemy, etc. Granted, some are better and more practice than others especially for normal everyday people like ourselves. You can now go on to the website and ask your own questions on the “Ask A Spy” section. I found it a fun little distraction and I bet you will too.

This PDF guide was given to me by a friend several years ago. I originally posted it on Asiscleveland.com. There are some very cool weapons on here. So check out the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION GUIDE TO CONCEALABLE WEAPONS 2003.
One of my favorites is the lipstick knife shown below:

I also like the Key Knife that has a built in HandCuff Key!:
