The CRI Applicant Management System provides employers the tools necessary to meet the demands of hiring in the 21st century. The CRI Applicant
Management System is a stand-alone website linked to the employer's website through a "Careers," "Job Opportunities" or such other tab as the
employer desires. The CRI Applicant Management System then becomes a resource for attracting job candidates, qualifying them for job openings,
and taking the candidate through the employment application process. Additional screening and information gathering can be included in the
process so that the employer has obtained all of the information needed to make a decision about the qualification of an individual for a job
opening. All information is gathered online in an automated format utilizing no resources from the HR function until the data gathered is
reviewed.
The employer is provided secure codes that control access to applicant data. Each applicant's data is contained in a complete file so that the
employer can review all collected data easily. The Applicant Management System also incorporates applicant tracking functions to allow the
employer to follow the applicant's progress through the hiring process and communicate with others in the organization about a specific
applicant.
The CRI Applicant Management System has two basic segments of functionality: Applicant Screening/Data Collection and Job Posting and Applicant
Data Review/Reporting.
